I am Desi Lambert, founder, owner, Breeder, and Handler of Bling Shih Tzu. I am dedicated to the improvement of the Shih Tzu Breed.

I am located in a small town in Oregon called Silver Lake. This quaint town is a very popular outdoor town for hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, skiing, and exploring. Also home to  The Cow Boy Dinner Tree Restaurant. 

We are approx. 80 miles southeast of Bend, Oregon. We will accommodate arrangements to deliver your puppy to the town of  Bend/Redmond.
